WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

The Bookstore accepts debit, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.  Students may also charge to Financial Aid, which includes grants/loans, 3rd party funding and PSEO. Also accepted are cash, NFC mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc) and personal checks (with ID) in the store.

WHAT IF I CHOOSE TO HAVE MY BOOKS SHIPPED TO ME?

The Bookstore ships online and phone orders UPS every day. UPS shipping price is currently $18.99. Students ordering online make sure to use a valid street address when entering your shipping address as UPS will not deliver to a post office box. The Bookstore will not be held liable for packages that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address. Packages outside the 48 states may incur extra shipping charges. These charges will be applied when the order is processed by the Bookstore. 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF SHIPPING IT?

You may pick up your order for FREE at either bookstore location! When choosing a shipping method, there are options for you to select Willmar or Hutchinson as your pick up location. If you are unable to pick up your books due to unforeseen circumstances, please put a note on your order stating who is able to pick them up for you, or email [email protected] the name of the person who will pick up your order if your order has already been placed. 

Orders that are not picked up by the last day of the semester will be considered abandoned and become property of the Bookstore.  They will not be not refunded. Any rental books will be "returned" so that no additional fees or charges occur.
