Refund and Return Policy

A receipt must be presented for all refunds for exchanges.

New books must be in original condition, free from any writing, highlighting or creases.

If a new book has any marks on it but is still in salable condition, the bookstore may refund 75% of the new price. Store management reserves the right to determine salability.
Shrink-wrapped items that are opened are NON-RETURNABLE

Special orders are non-returnable.

Refunds will be done within the first two weeks of the semester for fall & spring, and first week of the semester for summer. 

A check will be processed through the Business Office for all refunds over $50.

Textbooks purchased after the refund deadlines or for short length classes are refundable for up to 48 hours if they have not been used by the customer.

There are no refunds on books purchased during the last two weeks of classes or during finals if they are purchased for the current semester.
